Piero Lissoni has sought to promote a philosophy of zero waste through the reuse of leftover materials. The result is Patchwork, squares combining the offcuts of different Salvatori textures of stones such as Bianco Carrara, Pietra d’Avola or Silk Georgette®, which are placed together to create a true work of patchwork. The idea is that designers and clients can choose their own mix of textures, combining Bamboo and Spaghetti for example.
